1. Wear isolation clothing
1. 1 Lift the collar with your right hand, put your left hand under your sleeve, and pull the collar up with your right hand, exposing your left hand.
1. 2 Change the left hand to hold the collar, put the right hand into the sleeve, exposing the right hand, do not touch the west,
1.3 Hold the collar in two hands and tie the neck band back from the center of the collar along the edge, as shown in Figure 3;
1. 4 Tie the cuffs again,
1. 5 Pull one side of the coat (about 5cm below the waist) forward gradually, and pinch the edge when you see it.
1. 6 Pinch the other edge in the same way,
1. 7 Align the hem of the garment with your hands behind your back,
1. 8 Fold to one side, holding the fold with one hand and pulling the belt to the fold behind the back with the other hand
1. 9 Cross the belt behind your back and return to the front to tie it in place
