Polyethylene (PE) Aprons Material Characteristics:
Polyethylene aprons are lightweight, waterproof, and economical. They are typically made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE), which gives them flexibility while still providing a barrier against liquids and contaminants.
Polypropylene (PP) Aprons Material Characteristics:
Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer known for its durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and heat. PP aprons are slightly heavier than PE aprons and offer better protection.
SMS aprons are made from three layers of non-woven fabric - two outer spunbond layers and a middle meltblown layer. This combination offers superior strength, filtration,and fluid resistance.
Microporous Film-Coated Aprons Material Characteristics:
These aprons combine a non-woven fabric base with a microporous film coating. The micropores allow air to pass through, making the apron breathable while still offering a strong barrier against fluids and particles.
